I would approach this by laying the flysheet out on the ground and trying to measure the length of the pole route between the pole attachment eyelets and along the sleeves, and then adding maybe 20cm for good measure.You'll need to pump up each pole individually, so it can take a bit of effort, but you can avoid trying to feed the poles through the tent canvas. The pack size is as expected for a three man lightweight multi-season tent - it’s not tiny and light but it’s not exactly heavy and bulky either, it can easily be carried when climbing mountains, which is what I intend to do with it, as a side note it’s roomy for 3, at a push I reckon you could get 4 people in here. Keep good ventilation going as you will have condensation on the inside but I have always woken up to a dry inside.
