Last time I was in London I ate many times at Yo!Sushi places, and read their cookbook. This time I'm talking about the other shop-chain (of which I saw one place passing by), which I want to try at least once next time I'll be in London (50 shops in central London, plus two restaurants in Chelsea and Notting Hill). Metcalfe is the cofounder of Pret A Manger, another good chain in my opinion, and here she offers us 100 Asian-inspired recipes, all under 300 calories and 30 mins. or less to make.

itsu has two busy restaurants, in Chelsea and Notting Hill, and about 50 prime located shops, all in central London. More itsus are being opened each month. There are now five million loyal customers. itsu was voted a CoolBrand in 2013.

Sauce – I also love to have a dipping sauce with my air fryer gyozas. Its all about personal choice but I love either hoisin sauce or some sweet chilli sauce.Or if you would like a golden colour and crispiness, you can brush your frozen gyoza with egg wash before air frying.
