This product is designed for use on a roof, so keeping water out rather than in, we would not recommend it for this application. New roofing felts (or similar materials) can be highly porous and friable (because of the green/grey stone flakes on the top), they also contain high levels of bitumen For exterior use on flat roof areas, gutters, lead flashing, slates, asbestos, cement, metal, asphalt, old roofing felt, bay window and porch areasRoofix is suitable for exterior use only. It is ideal for flat and pitched roof, gutters, lead flashing, slates, asbestos, cement, primed and painted metal, asphalt, roofing felt, bay windows and porch areas. Please note however that Roofix is not suitable for regular foot traffic. It is suitable for exterior use on roof areas, flat roofs, gutters, lead flashing, slates, asbestos, cement, metal, asphalt, old roofing felt, bay window and porch areas. Providing no water has got in to the tin, the lid has been completely re-sealed and it is stored away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, frost and any extremes of temperature it should last 12 - 18 months.

Assuming the felt roof is more than 8 months old, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet this would be suitable for application to flat roofs subject to pooling water.Ideal for roof areas, gutters, lead flashing, slates, asbestos, cement, metal, asphalt, roofing felt, bay windows and porch areas (not suitable for regular foot traffic) Assuming the corrugated asbestos roof's pitch is less than 20%, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet this could be used. Yes this can be applied in winter time, but the surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of dust, sand, loose old paint, dirt, grease and oil.
