Diluted moss killers often show visible results within one to two days . Although, they shouldn’t be applied if rain is forecast as they may wash away and become less effective. Granular moss killers generally take effect in around two weeks . They slowly release their active ingredient so bad weather shouldn’t reduce their effectiveness.
