About this deal

In Astounding readers' surveys in both 1952 and 1956, it was rated the best science fiction book ever published. Likewise, the intro to the series' three miniseries are each unique: the introduction to the Marceline-centric Stakes (2015) places most of the emphasis on Marceline, and the theme song is sung by Olivia Olson; [60] the introduction to Islands (2017) adopts a nautical theme, highlights the principal characters in the miniseries, and is sung by Jeremy Shada; [61] and the intro to Elements (2017) features imagery reflecting the four primary elements in the Adventure Time universe (that is: fire, ice, slime, and candy) and is sung by Hynden Walch. When Jim Ferguson first visits Colonel Raymond at Tower Bridge, Raymond hands Ferguson an antiquated 'Celebrity Dinners' card. The series follows the adventures of a boy named Finn ( Jeremy Shada) and his best friend and adoptive brother Jake ( John DiMaggio)—a dog with the power to change size and shape at will. It was Arthur who came up with the idea for Adventures in Time, after a family trip to the Imperial War Museum. Entertainment Weekly ranked it number 20 (out of 25) in a list of the "Greatest Animated TV Series".

He’s 11 and he read it cover to cover within a few days and has now moved onto another of the author’s history books. It appears that this belief in his immortality drove him to follow his dreams and ruthlessly pursue the conquest of the Persian empire.
