About this deal

I have thought about a YouTube channel, but I tend to have ADD with different projects. Why go through shooting and editing a whole video when you can basically "write a script" and hit "Submit" and be done with it? But don't rule me out of YouTube forever. You never know. The sound system comes with both wired and wireless connectivity through Bluetooth so you can have different options to choose from to listen to your favorite music. Very few companies offer both connectivity in one device and Crosley is one of them. The pairing of the sound system with your device is very easy, simple, and fast so you do not have to wait to enjoy your parties. These Bluetooth speakers can give you 30 watts of power for powerful sound. Controls Yes, Bed, Bath and Beyond has dust covers for your Crosley, but why spend the money when you can just grab one from the kitchen? To me, the amazing thing about this Crosley, even though I've covered a lot of its design shortcomings, is just how good it can sound despite the most minimal engineering and caring that created it. Record players usually come in bright colors. They’re visually appealing and will boost the aesthetics of your room. These turntables work for someone who cares about the look of the device as well as the audio quality produced.

Take control of your analog listening experience thanks to a pitch control knob, an aluminium tone arm with adjustable counterweight, and RCA outputs that allow you to hook this turntable into an existing audio system. There are a lot of handsome looking cheap tables out there. (Don't listen to my ex when she says I'm a handsome looking cheapie. I'm really not that handsome!) Selected items are only available for delivery via the Royal Mail 48® service and other items are available for delivery using this service for a charge. Boasting a combined total power of 30 watts, the included pair of Crosley premium stereo bookshelf speakers will be sure to impress with their punchy lows and crystal clear highs, even at loud volumes. This Crosley has a soft hollow plastic case that resonates with everything, and transmits that motor noise right to the tonearm before it even hits the record! I believe the plastic base is the worst thing about this Crosley and you can hear it! Crosley record players are easy to operate. They’re plug-and-play models that don’t need any setup or tuning. The modern high fidelity stereo phonograph is a compromise of very critical engineering we require to get good sound from a physical, mechanical and electro-mechanical device. Hopefully you'll be able to listen to the speakers that come with the table you're thinking about buying. At a minimum, I think they should come with at least two drivers, meaning a real woofer and a real tweeter that work. You should be able to hear a full range of sound coming out of it, and not something hollow, boomy or tinny. The build quality isn’t impressive. If you’re looking for a heavy-duty record player that can be used for a long time, this brand won’t work for you.

But when it comes to selecting a turntable, especially one for beginners, there seems to be an endless amount of options for playing your LPs and looking good on the shelf, too. That’s where Crosley stands out from the crowd. The dimensions of the Crosley T150 sound system are 18.4 x 14.8 x 10.2 inches and it only weighs 8.49 pounds. The sound system includes two stereo speakers with a turntable and an aluminum tonearm. The turntable is built with a base that comes with three knobs for different settings. Performance On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Audio Volt is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises Audio Volt of such within three working days from the date of delivery. EU Import Tax The Crosley T150 features a unique, built-in switchable preamp that is usually only seen on more expensive standalone turntables. This allows you to easily pair with any stereo component of your choice. All that thin plastic has plenty of flex. Tap along the rim of the platter, and you'll see! Must be jelly, because Rek-O-Kut don't shake like that! (Unless there's a plastic cheapie thing with their name on it. Gosh I hope not!)I actually enjoyed reading it and the laughs it provided and I look forward to the next installment. There are several models of record players available, so you can choose your most favorite one based on the features that you look for. Most people agree that the brand is specifically appealing to women, thanks to its feminine designs. The built-in, switchable preamp allows you to easily pair with any stereo component of your choice.

A tone control would be beneficial on any record player, because most used records could use a little treble cut, and maybe you'd want to cut a little bass if the rumble is getting to you. (Did you say rumble? To be covered later. Don't spoil it for everyone!) The Crosley doesn't have a tone control, because that would cost them two tiny potentiometers and two capacitors. You will absolutely love the amazing controls of Crosley T150 as it lets you adjust the pitch of the sound according to your mood. You can also adjust or change the speed of the turntable with the help of knobs on the sound system. It is very easy to control as you can completely control it with the help of three knobs only. I do like video, but to model after my favorite YouTubers requires a lot of work. (Technology Connections, ElectroBOOM, Aging Wheels, etc.) A Big Clive style shoot-em-up, maybe. "One moment, please!" Again, keeping our expectations "Realistic", I can tell you this is a great combo for the T150A in phono mode, the Realistic SA101 integrated amplifier. (You know, I think I bought this at a local record store for... You guessed it, 10 bux!)

Some of you wonder what I mean by "base". I don't think that term gets used much nowadays like it was in the 70s. Audiophiles would use the word "plinth" to describe the thing the turntable mechanics sit on. However, when I hear "plinth", I think of something heavy and sturdy, like what you'd put a Thorens on. (That weight serves a purpose to stabilize the platform on which you want only the vibrations from the record itself and nothing else to reach the stylus, said record being spun at a precise speed, perfectly true, resting on a heavy and dense platter, also designed to squash any noise not coming from the record.) Had the bottom of the brass part not had burrs, I'd have said "Meh, at least it's not all plastic!". However, instead I had to take a reamer and smooth off the ridge of brass that formed around the hole as they drilled it. I didn't notice anything off center, so at least it looks like they used a lathe and not some child laborer using a vise and hand drill. This is why the platter spins with no obvious, visible drift and associated wow. (There is some wow, though, because, well of course there is!) If you run the phono (or line) output through an external amplifier, the Crosley will (usually) end up grounded through the amplifier through the RCA cables, so that quiets the noisy hum quite a bit. Still, a grounding lug would have been nice, as would some way to keep it quiet when in standalone mode. This table sounds much better through an external amp, (magnetic phono input) especially if it's grounded and has tone controls of any sort!
